Dayoung joined Mother in 2016 as a Creative Director. Within short 5 months since joining, she created two Christmas campaigns; one for the agency’s major client Boots and the other for NotOnTheHighStreet.com, an account she managed to win since joining Mother. This campaign became the most successful creative work NotOnTheHighStreet.com has created in past 10 years.
Previously she was a Vice President/Associate Creative Director at Crispin Porter + Bogusky where she began her career in Advertising as a creative Intern 14 years ago and has won almost every award out there including the prestigious D&AD Yellow Pencil, as well as producing campaigns for Super Bowl. During this time she created one of their most awarded campaigns, Coca-Cola Zero Taste Infringement, which won numerous awards including Cannes Lions, One Show, and the ANDY Awards, but was also praised by The New York Times and USA TODAY. She was also nominated for "Young Creatives You Should Know" by Adweek.
In 2011, she moved to London to help build and expand CP+B's global presence. After 5 years of help managing global account for Milka, as well as running new business pitches, she made her departure to leave CP+B and joined Mother to expand the British creative side of her.
